Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all orders. There are no additional delivery charges—what you see at checkout is the final price.

Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Window:
    • 30 days for all retail customers
    • 60 days for schools and educational institutions
  • Return Eligibility:
    • Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all parts, packaging, and documentation.
    • All returns must be initiated through our customer support team.
  • Return Fees:
    • If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, returns are free of charge.
    • If the product is not defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and the following fees will apply:
      • 30% restocking fee
      • 2.9% non-refundable financial processing fee (charged by the payment merchant)
  • Refunds:
    • Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
    • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been approved and issued.

Absolutely, yes. Nutraponics insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Because we want to make sure you receive your products, we require that you sign for goods delivered. At that point, you become responsible for the pieces. However, if the pieces are to be delivered to someone other than yourself, then signature by the recipient at the specified delivery address constitutes for delivery by Bijoux and responsibility for the product is transferred at that point.

We are a small business and while we pay for shipping, any additional customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will be charged to the customer.

Unless the products are damaged or defective, we will not be able to exchange these items. If you would like to order a piece in a different size or a different product altogether, we will process it as a return. Please email us at support@mynutraponics.com so we can arrange it for you.
